How to make pickled lemon:

grated carrots

hot pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

lemon juice cup

2 liters of water

Half a cup of coarse salt

How to prepare pickled lemon

In hot water we boil the lemon for ten minutes, then we filter it from the hot water and put it in ice water for ten minutes, then we filter it again and let it cool completely, then we prepare the local solution in a bowl and add 2 liters of water and half a cup of coarse salt and lemon juice and stir Then we prepare a glass jar in which we put lemon, hot pepper and grated carrots, then add the brine and close the jar tightly and keep in a dry place and be ready to eat after three days.

How to make pickled cucumbers:

the components

A kilo of small cucumbers

liter of water

tablespoons of salt

a tablespoon of sugar

How to prepare pickled cucumber

The cucumbers must be washed well, then we put the cucumbers in a vertically arranged glass jar. After that, we make the brine. We mix water with salt and sugar, stir well, then add the solution to the cucumbers. We close the jar tightly and keep in a dry place away from heat. It is ready to eat after a week.

How to make pickled turnip:

the components

1 kg turnip, cut into small strips

liter of water

tablespoons of salt

a tablespoon of sugar

Half a small spoonful of chili

How to prepare pickled turnip

Pickled turnip is one of the pickles that can spoil quickly, so the water must be boiled first, then let it cool completely, then add salt, sugar and hot pepper to it, stir well, then put it in a jar after washing it well, then add the brine to it, close the jar tightly and keep it in a dry place that is ready to eat after ten days.
