The Municipality resumes work on Sixth Towers after acquiring 31% of the project

The Chairman of the Greater Amman Municipality Committee, Dr. Yousef Al-Shawarbeh, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the Greater Amman Municipality has decided to resume work on the Sixth Towers project by entering as a partner in it by acquiring 31% of the capital of the company that owns the project.
Shawarbeh said in a press statement today, Tuesday, that the step comes within the framework of the government’s commitment, which Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh emphasized on several recent occasions, on strengthening the national economy and working to make existing investments succeed and complete the faltering ones.
Al-Shawarbeh added that the Sixth Towers project is located at the entrance to our beloved capital, which is not appropriate for it nor for us to remain without complete completion and in a specific and clear period of time, indicating that the Amman Municipality has begun reviewing the plans and preparing the site to start work during the next few weeks, God willing.
Al-Shawarbeh indicated that the value of the financial secretariat’s contribution will be fully and exclusively pumped for the purpose of resuming the necessary construction work to ensure the completion of the project.
He expected that the first phase of the project, which includes the residential north tower and the commercial complex, would be completed and completed within 18 months, and work on the project would not stop until its complete completion.
