The number of buildings rented by the government reached 3,253, according to Finance Minister Dr. Muhammad Al-Asas, who indicated that the buildings had been rented for many years, the first of which was in 1957.

According to the response of the Minister of Finance to MP Abeer Al-Jabour’s question, the total annual cost that the government pays to the rented institutions is about 19,418,784 Jordanian dinars.

The Minister of Finance attached the response to a list that includes a list of the rented buildings for all government departments and the names of their owners. (Hala news)
