With the aim of “financial literacy and entrepreneurship”, several British publishing companies have joined forces with a global bank to launch a series of live school events on financial well-being and entrepreneurship, led by financial wellness expert Paula Sol, author of “How To Save It”, Strategists Niran Vinod and Damola Taemin, authors of How To Build It, will be broadcast at three secondary schools across the UK.

“My hope for the future generation is that they seize the opportunity to learn about finance at an early age,” Paula said. “There is a lot of accessible information about money online, but schools should introduce such topics to children and enable their students to know the true value of money.”

The first event will be held in a school.La Sainte UnionIn London on February 21, Paula will talk to students about financial confidence, and provide practical guidance on how to budget, save and invest..

The second and third talks will take place in Birmingham and Leeds in March, with each event being broadcast live for other schools to see.

As part of this series, resource packs and 1,500 books will be donated to school libraries and shareable content will be created and posted on social media channels to ensure all information is accessible.
