Experts say that bananas are an excellent bedtime snack for people who have trouble sleeping and insomnia.
Doctors from Sleep Charity (UK) say that the quality of sleep at night may depend on what a person eats shortly before.

According to them, eating a banana shortly before bedtime stimulates the production of key hormones that calm the brain and create the necessary calm for the body at that moment.
