The security services arrested 5 drug dealers, 2 drug users, and 4 wanted persons in other cases, during a large-scale security campaign in the Ramtha Brigade.

According to the media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate, Colonel Amer Al-Sartawi, employees of the Anti-Narcotics Department have collected information and followed up the movements of a number of people suspicious of cases related to the promotion and trade of narcotic substances in the Ramtha District, after receiving complaints from the local community and information about them and their criminal activity in Major General.

The media spokesman confirmed that after completing the collection of information and identifying the suspicious people and their whereabouts, a wide security campaign was carried out in the brigade at dawn today, which led to the arrest of 5 drug dealers and drug dealers, in addition to 3 drug users and 4 people wanted in other cases.

A quantity of industrial hashish and materials used in its manufacture were seized, in addition to separate quantities of narcotic pills, and investigations were launched to refer them to the Public Prosecutor of the State Security Court.

The Drug Enforcement Administration thanks the local community in the Ramtha District, who contributed by ostracizing such people and assisting the anti-drug men in the performance of their duty.
