The Director of Medical Education and Training, Dr. Reham Al-Hamoud, said that 650 doctors will be accepted to enter the residency programs, after successfully passing the competitive exam and personal interview, and they will be distributed to hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health through residency and training programs within advanced scientific training levels and under the supervision of specialists with High efficiency, which is reflected in the quality of health service provided to citizens.
She explained that all hospitals are equipped to receive numbers of doctors in residency programs in most medical specialties, and that this exam sets the principle of equal opportunities for all doctors who apply for it, which came in two sessions, in order to facilitate procedures for facilitating the entry and exit of examinees doctors, and to reduce the burden in order to avoid From overcrowding, and in compliance with the order of the defence.
Al-Hamoud indicated that 22 doctors infected with the Corona virus, and 7 days from the date of infection, were not allowed to enter the exam, knowing that a date for the competitive exam will be announced for them through the official websites of the Ministry of Health.
