Sources close to the board of directors of Al-Wehdat Club confirmed that the football activity management is in the process of putting the final “logistical” touches to present the new technical staff of the first team, led by Brazilian Jorvan Vieira, to the media, through a wide press conference, next week, in A hotel in the capital, Amman.
In the same context, the daily unit training under the leadership of Vieira continues, with a clear interest in the physical aspect of these exercises, which reflects Vieira’s keenness to strengthen this aspect in light of the local and foreign competitions awaiting the team, represented in the Asian Champions League.
The same sources also expected that Vieira would present a comprehensive report to the Board of Directors of Al-Wehdat Club, at the end of next week, in which he defines his technical options for foreign professionals, in light of clear indications from him that the team needs players in the position of the frank striker and the defensive depth.
It is noteworthy that Al-Wehdat, led by Vieira, is awaiting the Federation Shield Championship, after three weeks as the first competition that he will compete under his technical management, and then start from it for the rest of the competitions.
