Informed sources suggested that the petroleum derivatives pricing committee, which will meet on Monday morning, will decide to fix fuel prices in the pricing for the month of February.

Quoting the “Ammon” agency, sources expected that the installation came based on a government directive to ease the burden on citizens despite the high prices of oil and oil derivatives globally to very high levels, especially in light of the cold weather.

The sources added that the government will bear the price difference, to ease the burden on citizens during the winter season.
