The General Manager of the Electricity Distribution Company, Engineer Hassan Al-Thneibat, revealed a position that demonstrates the approach of Jordanians and their understanding of brotherly living, in light of different religions.

Al-Thneibat wrote in a post on his Facebook page, today, Friday: “It happens in Jordan.

As usual, I contacted the dear beloved Sheikh Ahmed Al Kafawi, and since he is a Friday preacher, I asked him where he preached and how he arrived at the mosque?

He continued: “So he told me that he preached in the Great Khalda Mosque and told me that his private car could not move due to the accumulation of snow and that he used his Christian neighbor, Nazih Al-Haddadin, who immediately took the initiative to transfer Brother Ahmed to the Khalda Mosque.”

Al-Thneibat pointed out that “they live in a remote area on the airport road, and he told me that his Christian neighbor had waited for him outside the mosque, and then they returned together to their homes.”

He added: “It is interesting that Sheikh Ahmad told the worshipers about this and that he dedicated part of his supplication to his honest neighbor.”

Al-Thneibat concluded his post by saying, “These are the Jordanians, and this is their approach and understanding of brotherly living.”
