In the midst of talk about the weather, the director of operations at the Arab Weather website, Osama Al-Tarifi, confirmed in televised statements this evening, Thursday, that the peak of snowfall during this depression has ended.

Al-Tarifi added that the Kingdom has now entered the stage of the impact of the remnants of these snows, indicating that the remaining snowfalls will be in the form of showers, and not continuous in areas whose height is more than a thousand meters above sea level, and below that it will witness rain.

Al-Tarifi pointed out that the temperature will not rise to more than two degrees Celsius in the morning and evening times.

He continued, “The rain will fall at intervals until tomorrow evening, Friday, and will not continue in areas whose height is less than a thousand meters above sea level, pointing to the weak air efficiency in all regions of the Kingdom, except for the Karak Governorate.”

Regarding the date of the end of the depression, Al-Tarifi confirmed that its end will start from the hours of next Saturday morning, warning of the formation of ice in most regions of the Kingdom with the hours of Friday evening and Saturday night, indicating that the air system will continue until the tenth of next month, and that the polar blocs are in close tracks. From the kingdom, there is another chance for depressions.
