The Criminal Investigation Department managed to arrest two people who beat an elderly man and stole a sum of money from him.

In the details, the media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate, Colonel Amer Al-Sartawi, said in a statement today, Tuesday, that on 17/1/2022 a report was received to the Criminal Investigation Department and Jerash Police that an elderly man was beaten and robbed of a sum of money of 850 dinars) by two unknown persons in Jerash Governorate.

Al-Sartawi confirmed that since receiving the report, a special investigation team was formed from the Criminal Investigation and Jerash Police, and they were able, through collecting information, to identify two suspects who had been arrested and who confessed to being investigated for assault and robbery of the elderly man.
