Compass – The Legislation and Opinion Bureau published the draft amended system for the system of expenditures, allocations, consumption and exemptions for the year 2022.

The draft system gave the Council of Ministers the power to take a decision to destroy any debt or any part of it that can no longer be repaid, according to justified reasons and for a period determined by the Council by its decision.
