A member of the National Committee for Epidemiology, Muhannad Al-Nisour, revealed the number of recipients of the Corona vaccine since the beginning of the year.

Al-Nusour added that vaccination centers have been giving between 40-50 thousand doses of vaccine per day since the beginning of 2022.

Defense Order (35) entered into force on January 1.

Al-Nusour reported that 65% of the target group received the first dose of the vaccine, and 60% of the target group received both doses of the vaccine.

Al-Nisour expressed his hope to increase the number of recipients of the third dose, after the percentage reached 10% of the target group.
