Hajar Safwat, a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade, spoke about her tendency to design a Christmas tree or New Year’s from “kaiser” bread, as she said to “The Seventh Day”: “I am after I finished university and got married. I raise her, so I did not get a job, and with time I felt bored, so I thought of doing a project about preparing breakfast meals in a distinctive way, and this idea was inspired by my sister who lives in Saudi Arabia, because the idea of ​​breakfast is widespread among them and the rest of the Gulf countries, from Egypt.

Hajar designed a New Year’s tree of sandwiches consisting of “keiser” bread stuffed with turkey and luncheon cheese pieces, and decorated the tree with Santa Claus stickers, and added two roses on top of the tree, which attracted great admiration from people, and Hajar talked about it, saying: “I thought of the sandwich tree as a gift It is special for someone we love, and most of those who ask for it from me are for their friends.”

Hajar feels happy in her work, which she did not find difficult, as it is something that helps her spend her free time, in addition to helping her take care of her child at home. A store with branches across the country.
