The prices of agricultural producers decreased from the beginning of this year until last October, by 8.5%, to reach a point of 101.9, compared to the same period of last year, which amounted to 111.5 points.

Today, Wednesday, the monthly report of the Department of Statistics indicated a decrease in the price index of agricultural producers for the month of October of this year, by 19.4 percent, to reach a point of 97.4 compared to the same period last year, which amounted to 120.8 points. According to the report, the index for the month of October of this year decreased by 4.9 percent, to reach a point of 97.4, compared with the month of September of this year, which amounted to 102.5 points.
