The Nursing Council approves its draft budget for 2022

The Jordanian Nursing Council approved, during a meeting today, Monday, the draft budget of the Nursing Council for the year 2022, the foundations and criteria for approving the activities of continuous professional development for nurses and legal midwives, granting technical classification to a number of nurses and midwives, and starting to amend the system of specialization and technical classification No. (85) of 2016.
This came during the council’s meeting chaired by the deputy of HRH Princess Muna Al-Hussein, chairperson of the council, and Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Elham Khreisat.
The Secretary-General of the Nursing Council, Dr. Hani Al-Nawafleh, in the presence of the council members, presented the most important developments and achievements regarding the work, including the completion of the construction of the training simulation center and the start of its operation, the establishment of a laboratory for nursing exams, and the start of the implementation of the solar energy system.
He also presented the continuation of work to automate the council’s systems, as the automation of the practice exam has been completed, and work is underway to automate the technical classification system and archiving the bureau.
