A judicial decision brings a Jordanian citizen back to life after his death was forged by a woman

A decision by the judicial body competent to look into corruption offenses at the Amman Court of First Instance brought a Jordanian citizen back to life in civil status restrictions, after he returned to Jordan and was detained for 24 hours. At the airport, the competent authorities informed him that he was dead, and he did not know that he was a victim of a cruel crime of corruption.
The Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission had the largest role in discovering the process of forgery and fraud committed by a woman against the citizen, as she forged his death certificate and his family book, stamped, forged, from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs and a foreign embassy, and reached its goal and sold a plot of land for an amount of half a million Dinar.
The citizen lived through difficult moments at Queen Alia Airport at the time, and the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission and the Public Security Directorate intervened, and the citizen was admitted to Jordan, but he remained dead in the civil status records until justice takes its course and the right returns to its owners, which was issued by a judicial decision of the competent court.
The competent judicial authority in cases of corruption offenses at the Amman Court of First Instance convicted a woman of forgery and fraud, and decided to put her on temporary work for a period of 7 years and fees, and returned the plot of land to the complainant, whose value amounted to more than 550 thousand dinars.
The court issued its decision in the case, during a public session held today, Monday, headed by Judge Dr. Ramzi Al-Azamat and the membership of Judge Muhammad Al-Tarawneh, in the presence of the Public Prosecutor of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission, and defense attorneys for the accused.
In its decision, the court convicted another person of the misdemeanor of fraud and decided to imprison him for a period of 3 years and a fine of 500 dinars.
And it was proven to the court that the convict filled out and signed a request to confirm the fact of her marriage to the complainant, and filled out a request to confirm the fact of his death and signed it, and submitted a request to obtain a family book based on the papers attached to these forged requests, knowingly and willingly. Family illegally all the pillars and elements of violating the law.
The convict forged and fabricated an excuse for exit issued by the complainant’s wife and children from the Amman Sharia Court, and put the necessary seals in the manner of imitation, stating that the complainant’s wife and children were leaving a plot of land in the western Khalda region in her favour, bearing seals that appeared to be fundamentalist.
The convict submitted a signed transfer request and submitted the transaction to the Land Department in the north of the capital, Amman, with the forged papers attached to it in order to sell the plot of land in question.
The person convicted of the case and the other person will be able to appeal the decision before the competent court.
