The Civil Status and Passports Department announced, this evening, Saturday, the allocation of an emergency number for Jordanians residing outside the Kingdom for urgent cases, to receive inquiries and notes related to the workflow and procedures in the Civil Status and Passports Department, through the “WhatsApp” application at the number (0787666620).

And the director general of the department, Fahd Al-Amoush, indicated that communication and correspondence with the above number is for emergency cases that do not accept delay and do not tolerate delay.

Al-Amoush added that all citizens inside and outside the Kingdom can submit their comments on the department’s “WhatsApp” hotline at the numbers (0792004444), (0786007777), indicating that a team from the Public Relations and Information Directorate has been allocated to respond to and follow up all inquiries and observations.
