The Ministry of Local Administration announced a light emergency starting from today, Friday, until tomorrow, Saturday, to deal with the depression, as the weather bulletin issued by the Meteorological Department indicated that showers of rain from time to time in the north and center of the Kingdom may extend for a limited period to parts of the southern regions. The department also warned of the danger of slipping on rainy roads.

The ministry asked the operation rooms in the municipalities and the joint services councils to deal immediately with any emergency events that may accompany the depression.

It also asked the municipalities and councils to inform the main operations room in the Ministry of Local Administration of developments in a timely manner, and to coordinate and cooperate fully with the administrative rulers and other operating rooms of the Ministry of Public Works, Interior, Civil Defense, the Jordanian Armed Forces and the Greater Amman Municipality in their regions and to provide all efforts and capabilities available to them to confront cases and events emergency that may accompany the depression.
