Al-Khasawneh decides to extend the work of the defense order related to the imprisonment of the debtor

Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh decided today to extend the provisions of Defense Order No. (28) for the year 2021 AD, issued in accordance with the provisions of Defense Law No. (13) for the year 1992 AD, related to the imprisonment of the debtor, until the date of June 30, 2022 AD.
The decision comes in consideration of the financial and economic conditions resulting from the Corona epidemic.
On the other hand, the Council of Ministers, in its session held today, Wednesday, headed by Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh, approved an amending system for the administrative organization system of the Supreme Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for the year 2021.
The amendments come with the aim of creating an organizational unit that will follow up on grants, initiatives and projects, and evaluate their impact. In light of the Council’s orientation to launch a program for small grants, to support projects and initiatives implemented by associations in the field of disability.
The Council also approved the reasons for a draft system amending the licensing system for pharmaceutical factories and the fees collected from them for the year 2021 AD, and the reasons for the project of the administrative organization system for the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation for the year 2021 AD, and referred them to the Legislation and Opinion Bureau to proceed with the procedures for their approval according to the rules.
