In a related context, the Traffic Department stressed the prohibition of loading and unloading passengers in places other than those designated, and the danger of this to the safety of citizens and its impact on slowing traffic.

In turn, the Department of Foreign Patrols warned of the state of atmospheric instability that will affect the Kingdom and the resulting dust that may affect the horizontal visibility.
