The court convicts a government employee of forgery and orders him to imprison him for 3 years

The Judicial Committee on Corruption Felonies at the Amman Court of First Instance convicted a government employee of corruption after issuing a false certificate of moral forgery, and sentenced him to 3 years in prison.
The judicial authority issued its decision, which can be appealed before the competent court, during a public session held today, Monday, headed by Judge Ahmed Al-Omari and the membership of Judge Marzouk Al-Amoush, and the convict was fined 1,150 dinars, including administrative and judicial expenses.
The court convicted the accused of the misdemeanor of intentionally entering the information system without a permit or in violation of or exceeding the limits of the permit to cancel and delete the data, and sentenced him to one year imprisonment, fees and a fine of 200 dinars.
And it decided to criminalize the person convicted of a misdemeanor offense of issuing a false certificate by means of moral forgery, and sentenced him to imprisonment for one year and the fees, and fined him the amount of 750 dinars.
The court combined the penalties for the convicted employee, so that the penalty is enforceable against him, which is imprisonment for a period of 3 years, fees and a fine of 1,150 dinars, an adversarial decision against him.
The Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission investigated the case on suspicion of corruption and referred it to the judicial authorities, which found the employee guilty.
