The Minister of Agriculture, Khaled Al-Hanaifat, said that after 35 years, the Ministry of Agriculture has a permanent and owned building that serves the ministry’s objectives. The new building is currently being moved to before the new year, and that the ministry’s presence in a rented building was a great challenge, and the ministry’s location does not serve the farmers and the ministry’s auditors from all over the Kingdom, and the lack of Availability of parking spaces in addition to the stifling crisis in the current location. Therefore, 7 months ago, we searched for a permanent building owned by the ministry, and we found a suitable building owned by the Cities and Villages Development Bank.

Al-Hunaifat added that the various partnerships with the ministry have yielded positive results by working to renew the entire furniture and equipment in the ministry through generous support provided by international and local partners such as the Amman Municipality, the World Food Program, the FAO, the Amman Chamber of Commerce, the Jordan Chamber of Industry, the Specific Poultry Union, Al-Qadri Nurseries and the Universal Agricultural Corporation. And Al-Thiqa Seed Company and Genome Seed Company, and the price of the faucets is the support of these parties to the Ministry in renewing furniture and providing modern devices that support the services provided to the auditors, in addition to a modern (Nissan) field car for field work due to the lack of a suitable field car for mobile phones in the governorates and Al-Bawadi. A plan has been drawn up to make use of the ministry’s furniture by distributing it to the directorates according to need and to serve the needs of the remote directorates.
Al-Hanaifat pointed out that all this achievement and modernization is without any cost to the treasury, and that there is a great effort made in the approval procedures for the building, and then a plan was developed to organize the transfer process in record time by the assigned team of the ministry’s cadres, who completed the work plan with full capacity. To rehabilitate the building in a way that supports the provision of service with the speed and quality required and within mechanisms of control and follow-up to the quality of service. Al-Hanaifat added that the ministry relies in its current distribution on an agile system of communication and communication between its management and within a positive intertwining between departments with overlapping services and responsibilities and facilitating the completion of transactions from the parallel floor To the entrance of the ministry, which reduces the effort and time on the references
