Old children’s toys and pencils, which have turned into the size of a fingerboard from excessive watering, are considered by some women as remnants in place of the garbage can, but Marwa Rizk, 31, who has a daughter, 4-year-old Aseel, and a 5-year-old son, Abdul Rahman Years, she sees that her children’s toys can be recycled and converted into decorative pieces that decorate the house, instead of throwing them in garbage and increasing the pollution of the environment, so she was collecting everything that is old in her home and thinking about reusing it again.
Marwa Rizk, a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, spoke about her talent for recycling old toys, as she told “The Seventh Day”, “I love recycling and I like to implement any different and unconventional ideas from when I was young. Cultivate the wilderness, recycle it, and turn it into decorative pieces at home in a simple and inexpensive way, while at the same time doing something special and making the children happy.”
She continued, “I learned recycling on my own, without courses, and I will not use only old toys. I will use any old thing in the house, instead of throwing them and turning them into a different and distinctive decor.”
Regarding the materials that Marwa uses to recycle old toys, she said, “I use materials such as graham, wax, spray, and other simple materials, and I can make such and such from them. Therefore, the decorations that I make will not be expensive and remain like the ones I buy from outside.”
Marwa faces some difficulties in recycling old toys and things inside her home, which she talked about, saying, “I encounter many difficulties, such as the possibility of things that erupt from me and I do not look like I want to sit with me for a long time, and because of that, thanks to the fairest in the need to the extent that it remains good for me to sit with me for a long time. On the other hand, I find criticism from some people, such as, for example, are you still collecting garbage and doing something from it to throw away without piles, and this is a new and better thing, unfortunately, we do not appreciate that this is a talent or that I remain at the top of my happiness while doing this and I still want to communicate an idea that will benefit others and implement it It helps him save money.”
Marwa dreams of publishing her idea on social networking sites to benefit others, as she said, “I myself have followers around the world and they benefit from my ideas, and I have my own gallery in which all my work remains, whether hand made or recycling, because I also make Handmade accessories for children and adults.”
