Today, Thursday, the permanent committees of the House of Representatives began electing their chairmen and rapporteurs, in separate meetings chaired by the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Ahmed Al-Safadi and the Second Vice-President, Engineer Haitham Ziyadin, in the presence of the Assistant to the President, Deputy Ghazi Al-Badawi.

Where he won the chairmanship of the Finance Committee, Muhammad Al-Saudi, while Representative Salem Al-Damour was chosen as rapporteur by acclamation.

He also won the chairmanship of the Economy and Investment Committee, MP Khair Abu Sa’ilik, while MP Ayman Madanat was chosen as a rapporteur by acclamation.

While MP Khaldoun Haina and MP Rima Al-Amoush won the chairmanship of the Foreign Affairs Committee, decided by acclamation, after her colleague, MP Shadi Freij, waived his candidacy for the position of the rapporteur.
