the ingredients:
3 and a half cups of flour
a tablespoon of yeast
3 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of powdered milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Egg white.. optional
cup of warm water
How to prepare:
Mix the dry ingredients together, which are flour, yeast, sugar and powdered milk, mix them well, then drop in the oil and egg white and knead them with warm water.
We leave the dough to ferment for an hour, then form it into small balls and stuff each ball with a white cheese cube, triangles, or any filling as available.
In a greased tray, put all the cell balls next to each other and leave them for a quarter of an hour to ferment until the balls stick together, then brush the face with an egg yolk with a tablespoon of vinegar and sprinkle the face with sesame and put it in the oven and when it is ready we cover it for five minutes so that its face is soft.
