On Thursday evening, Al-Salt Club issued a statement, which it published through its official account on Facebook, in which it addressed the President of the Jordan Football Association.

Al-Salt said in his statement, that he was surprised by many of the procedures that were believed to be mistakes, but today they have become intentional procedures, from the repeated arbitration mistakes that changed many of the course of the league.

Al-Salt expressed his refusal for provincial clubs to be “scapegoats” for some clubs, and for these clubs to use mere “decorations” to complete the league scene, and to waste all efforts to satisfy one club or another or to serve their point record.

Following is the text of the statement:

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and prayers and peace be upon the faithful Arab Messenger of God ||

Your Royal Highness Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, President of the Jordan Football Association, may God protect him

Peace and God’s mercy and blessings be upon you while yet..

When we decided to participate in the Jordanian league, we were convinced that the Jordanian Federation is the sponsor and fair to all Jordanian teams, but we were surprised by many of the procedures that we thought were mistakes, but today we affirm that they were intentional procedures, starting with the repeated arbitration mistakes that changed many of the league’s course and that did not One mistake is treated from it and it is still repeated, secondly, double standards, and this practice is totally unfair.

We submitted two weeks ago by postponing one match; Because of our participation in the AFC Cup; Because of the momentum of the matches we played that week and had a great impact on us in terms of injuries and physical stress, today the Jordanian Federation is asking us to postpone a number of Jordan Cup matches without any convincing reason and we do not know what the purpose of this postponement is.

Thirdly, many clubs were suffering from financial crises that hindered them from continuing in the league, and the federation was completely blind to this aspect and did not work within its competence to protect the chances of clubs and protect the efforts of these clubs, and with all that, all efforts were wasted with a poisoned whistle, all its efforts were to abort the efforts of Full of honor, manhood and sincerity.

We categorically reject that provincial clubs be “scapegoats” for some clubs, and that these clubs use mere “decorations” to complete the league scene, and that all efforts are wasted to satisfy one club or another or to serve their point record.

Injustice has befallen us in a great way and we have not sought any form of justice and equity, and we appeal to the master of the country, His Majesty King Abdullah II, may God preserve him, and His Highness Prince “Ali bin Al Hussein” the Great, to save the Jordan Football Association and the provincial clubs from injustice, prejudice and interest lobbies, And to save the country’s youth who strive for a better future for Jordanian sports.
