The commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards, Major General Gholamali Rashid, said that the former commander of the Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani, had informed the leaders of the Iranian armed forces, 3 months before his assassination, that he had organized 6 armies outside Iranian territory, with the help of the Iranian army and the Revolutionary Guards.
Major General Rashid added that Soleimani told them that he had established an axis of 6 armies that starts from the Iranian border and reaches the shores of the Mediterranean. These armies and popular crowds are stationed in an area of more than 1,500 km.
Qassem Soleimani said at the time that “if the enemy wants to target the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it must first confront these armies.”
The commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters explained that these armies are Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Islamic Jihad in Palestine, Ansar Allah forces (Houthis) in Yemen, the Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq, and the Syrian army. Major General Rashid said that these armies are “the deterrent force against the attacks on Iran.”
It is noteworthy that Soleimani was killed in a US air strike on January 3, 2020, near Baghdad International Airport. – The island
