Today, Thursday, the State Security Court announced a 10-day deadline, during which 39 defendants must surrender themselves to be tried on the charges against them.
In the event that these accused do not surrender themselves, they will be considered fugitives from justice, as the court indicated that with the expiration of the period of grace period in effect as of today, Thursday, September 23, and none of them surrendering, the accused will be considered fugitives from justice and their money will be placed under the administration of the government, and they will be deprived of They may dispose of it during the period of their flight, and they will be prevented from filing any lawsuits, and every act they do or commitment they undertake is void.
The court also called on public security personnel to arrest each one of them and hand him over to the competent authorities, calling on all those who know their whereabouts to report them.
