Jordan, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, condemned the coup attempt, which the Sudanese authorities announced thwarted this morning.

The official spokesman for the ministry, Ambassador Haitham Abu Al-Ful, affirmed the Kingdom’s stand with the Republic of Sudan and its brotherly people in preserving their sovereignty, security and stability.
