According to Egyptian newspapers, the Director of the Information Authority, Tariq Abu Al-Ragheb, expressed his desire to benefit from the Egyptian experiences in controlling the media scene, especially since Egypt was and still is the school from which all Arab countries learn.

He added, during his meeting with the head of the Supreme Council for Egyptian Media Regulation, writer Karam Gabr, that the Egyptian experience in managing the media scene is inspiring to Jordan, praising the successful Egyptian experience in dealing with the paper press, noting that there is rapprochement and agreement between Egypt and Jordan in the same issues that the two countries suffer from. Especially dealing with social media platforms.

Abu Al-Ragheb stressed that Egypt is one of the countries that still maintains a conservative media discourse towards Jordan, and this discourse has not changed throughout history, pointing out the importance of cooperation with Egypt in all media fields due to the great leadership that Egypt enjoys in this field.
