Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made an inspection tour of the “Turkish House” building to be opened Monday in New York City, USA.

Erdogan heard information about the new building from officials of the “Turkish House”, which he intends to open officially today.

On the night of Sunday / Monday, the Turkish President arrived in the United States to participate in the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly scheduled in New York City.

The total area of ​​the multi-purpose “Turkish House” building is about 20,000 square meters, and on its 35 floors, it stands opposite the United Nations building at a height of 171 meters.

The building currently houses the Turkish Permanent Mission to the United Nations and the Consulate General in New York, as well as meeting and exhibition rooms, housing and a car park for staff.
