The Minister of Interior, Mazen Al-Faraya, decided, on Monday, to allow the movement of freight through the land crossings with Saudi Arabia for the recipients of the vaccine, and to allow non-Jordanian truck drivers from the recipients of the vaccine to enter from Saudi Arabia, provided they register through the “Tawakkalna” platform.

The Minister of Interior agreed with the “recommendation of the Committee for Organizing the Field and Border Crossings, which included allowing Jordanian truck drivers who obtained the Jordanian vaccination certificate to leave and return through the land border centers without conducting a (PCR) examination.”

Non-Jordanian truck drivers who obtained the vaccine certificate from the countries they came from were also allowed to enter through the land border posts with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, provided they registered through the (Tawakulna) platform, according to the book.
