A research team at the College of Medicine at Mutah University, headed by Associate Professor of Cancer Pharmacology, Dr. Youssef Al-Sarayrah, conducted a qualitative and unique research, in which the team observed the secretion of a unique enzyme from the “cytochromes” family in women with uterine cancer compared to other patients.

As a result, the team reached the possibility of using this enzyme in treatment, by activating compounds that treat uterine cancers.

It is reported that the research achieved more than 700 views in less than one day of its publication; As a result, the research was entered into the “Encyclopedia” as the first research on uterine cancer.
