The Jordanian Customs Department announced the allocation of the number (0790444455) on the WhatsApp application only to report any observations, complaints or issues related to customs work.

The department stated in a statement, Saturday, that this number will be directly supervised by the Director General of Customs, Customs Brigade Jalal Al-Qudah, to follow up on all observations and cases from him personally and work to resolve all complaints and grievances received.

And it called for sending any information, notes or issues to the number announced above for the purposes of following it up and finding appropriate solutions, and all information received will be treated confidentially.
