Government: Gasoline price hike and diesel drop globally

The Ministry of Energy said, today, Monday, that the prices of oil derivatives in the global markets witnessed a difference in the second week of this month of September, compared to the rates of their prices in the first week.
According to the weekly bulletin of the prices of Brent crude oil and its derivatives according to the reference markets, gasoline octane 90 recorded a price of 675.9 dollars per ton, compared to its price in the first week, which amounted to 671.5 dollars, an increase of 0.7%.
The price of octane 95 gasoline was $696.7 per ton, compared to $692.7 recorded in the first week, with an increase of 0.6%. Diesel recorded a price of $586.2 per ton, compared to $587.6 recorded in the first week, with a decrease of 0.2%.
And kerosene recorded a price of 613.1 dollars per ton, compared to 614.6 dollars recorded in the first week, with a decrease of 0.2%.
On the other hand, the price of fuel oil rose from 424.8 dollars per ton to 436.5 dollars, an increase of 2.8%.
On the other hand, the price of liquefied petroleum gas continued in September at 665 dollars per ton, compared to its price recorded last August, which amounted to 656.3 dollars, an increase of 1.3%.
In the second week of this month, the price of Brent crude recorded a price of 72.3 dollars per barrel, compared to 72.9 dollars recorded in the first week of this month.
