Today, Saturday, the Investment Authority published, on its Facebook page, a list of economic activities that are exempt from customs duties and that are subject to a general sales tax of zero percent if imported or purchased from the local market.

According to the authority, the economic activities include: entertainment and tourism promotion cities, hospitals and specialized medical centers, agriculture and livestock, artistic and media production, air transport, maritime transport and railways, transportation, distribution and extraction of water, gas and oil derivatives using pipelines, scientific research centers and scientific laboratories, the sector Industrial facilities, conference and exhibition centers, and communication centers, in addition to hotel and tourist facilities.
