Jordanians interacted remarkably with a picture of 3 girls sleeping on the sidewalk on Mecca Street in the capital, Amman, in a moving scene that showed the tragic situation of the girls.

As soon as one of the activists posted on social media a picture of the girls, offers from citizens to provide the necessary assistance, and some of them expressed their willingness to provide them with shelter.

Hours after the Jordanians interacted with the event, a comment by the Minister of Social Development, Ayman Al-Mufleh, revealed the tragic story of the girls.

Al-Mufleh wrote in response to one of the activists on Twitter: “Praise be to God, the child Shamsa, the child Minwa, and the child Alia, for hosting us in one of the centers.”

The minister explained that the girls’ father harnesses them and brings them in his car from one of the governorates close to the capital, Amman, and keeps them on the streets until four o’clock in the morning.
