Al-Jordan electronic newspaper learned that Al-Salt Club submitted an official request to the Football Association to postpone its match with Al-Wehdat in the professional league.

Al-Salt Club’s request came, because the date of the Al-Wehdat match preceded its match against Kuwait in the AFC Cup by five days, and the administrative body of Al-Salt Club was unable to provide a flight reservation to travel to the State of Kuwait, on the 17th or 18th of this month, and that he would have to travel On the 15th or 16th of this month, while the date of his match with Al-Wehdat is scheduled for the 16th of this month.

In his request, Al-Salt Club also pointed out that his team needs to arrive in Kuwait early, to adapt to the weather conditions and high temperatures in Kuwait City.

It is noteworthy that Al-Wehdat Club also submitted a request to the Football Association, to transfer its team’s match against Al-Salt in the league from Prince Al-Hussein Stadium in the city of Al-Salt to another stadium.
