Dr. Salem Abu Qaoud confirmed, in his first comment after the decision of the Minister of Youth, Muhammad Al-Nabulsi, to appoint him as head of the temporary administrative body of Al-Faisali Club, that “the leader will remain a leader despite all the odds.”
And he added in a post on his Facebook account, today, Thursday: Al-Faisaly is a homeland club that has imprints on the march of football and Jordanian sports in general, and the club’s march will continue to win championships, not just compete for them.
Abu Qaoud pledged to work and coordinate with the ministry and with all government and private agencies and major companies to bring financial support to the club, to gradually get out of the club’s financial impasse.
Following is Abu Qaoud’s post:
The leader will remain a leader despite all the odds.
Al-Faisaly club is a homeland that has imprints on the career of football and Jordanian sports in general.
The club’s career will continue to win trophies, not just compete for them.
We promise everyone to stand at the same distance from everyone, and we will form a technical committee from the club’s people who are keen on it to follow up on football activity and technical affairs.
We will work, God willing, to coordinate with the Ministry and with all government and private agencies and major companies to bring financial support to the club, to gradually get out of the club’s financial impasse.
My colleagues and I are on a national mission. May God help us and the sons of the Al-Faisaly Club on this responsibility.
