The publications of the American Society of Nephrology indicate that fructose negatively affects the inflammatory process in the body.

“Excessive drinking leads to weight gain, which in turn increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and metabolic disorders that accompany chronic inflammation,” she says.

The expert points out that the American Heart Association experts recommend not drinking excessively, and limit the amount of alcoholic beverages for men to two glasses of wine per day and women to one glass. Because excessive intake causes increased inflammation in the body.

And the Journal of Alcohol Research indicates that the results of the research that were conducted show that alcohol can damage part of the intestinal mucosa, causing the digestive system to suffer various diseases.
