Today, Saturday, King Abdullah II received an Emirati delegation headed by Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser.

The meeting, which was attended by Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, discussed the historical brotherly relations that unite the two brotherly countries and peoples and ways to develop cooperation in all fields, especially the economic ones, and the available investment opportunities.

He also touched on the crises in the region, and efforts to reach political solutions to them.

Emphasis was placed on continuing coordination and consultation between the two brotherly countries on various issues of common interest, especially the Palestinian issue.

Sheikh Tahnoun conveyed to the King the greetings of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The King conveyed, Sheikh Tahnoun, his greetings to Sheikh Khalifa and Sheikh Mohammed, and his wishes for good health and wellness, and for the sisterly UAE and its dear people further progress and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, and the Director of the King’s Office.
