The selling price of one gram of gold, 24 and 18 karat, for the purposes of buying from goldsmiths’ shops, reached 43.30 and 32.60 dinars, respectively.

The Secretary of the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelery and Trading Shops, Rebhi Allan, said in a statement to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), that the price of the Guidance Pound, the weight of 7 grams, amounted to 255 dinars, while the price of the English pound, the weight of 8 grams, reached 292 dinars.

And he indicated that the prices of the yellow metal closed its trading in the global market yesterday, Friday, at 1782 dollars per ounce.
