The system of formations of ministries, departments and government units for the fiscal year 2021 was issued in the Official Gazette.

According to the system published in Thursday’s issue, the formations of ministries, departments, government units, a set of jobs, their number, categories, titles, grades, and salaries for jobs are determined by contracts that include all the allowances allocated from the general budget law and the government unit budgets law.

Article 3-a of the system also states that it is not permissible to specify the allocations for current expenditure articles in the General Budget Law and the Government Units Budgets Law.

Employees are also appointed with contracts of a category and degree on vacant posts or vacant during the year or updated on the provisions of Article 120, and employees with contracts that include all allowances for the provisions of Article 103 of the General Budget Law and the Government Units Budgets Law in accordance with the provisions of the civil service system and the instructions for selecting and appointing employees issued pursuant thereto. .
