Today, Friday, the Ministry of Labor confirmed that the working hours of its directorates and offices in the capital, Amman, the governorates, and the directorate of domestic workers will continue on Saturdays during the period of legalization and reconciliation of conditions for non-Jordanian workers in violation decided by the Council of Ministers, which will continue until the second of next September, according to what was stated The Ministry’s media spokesman, Muhammad Al-Zayoud.

Al-Zyoud said that the decision of the Minister of Labor, Youssef Al-Shamali, to open directorates and offices of labor and the directorate of domestic workers on Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm came with the aim of facilitating employers and speeding up the completion of their transactions during the period of legalization and reconciling the conditions for non-Jordanian workers in violation.
