Three people were run over by a vehicle driver, in the Salhia al-Abed area, south of the capital, Amman, according to a security source.

The source told the online newspaper, Jordan News, that the Civil Defense was informed of the accident, and immediately went to the site, and the cadres worked to first aid the injured and transported them to Al-Bashir Hospital, adding that their general condition was bad.

The source indicated that the security services arrested the driver and opened an investigation into the accident.
