Future cheese helps fight cancer

Scientists of the Ural Federal University are working on the production of cheese with special specifications, which help prevent cancer.
The researchers point out that the process of preparing this cheese is not very different from the traditional method of preparing regular cheese. But future cheese contains in its composition a number of biologically active compounds: astaxanthin, piperine, resveratrol and vitamin D3, which contribute to longevity and the fight against cancer as well. For example, resveratrol helps reduce blood sugar levels and improve brain function.
As for vitamin D, it helps in the absorption of calcium and fluorine. Therefore, scientists advise eating three slices of this cheese daily, to prevent diseases. Because these supplements are absorbed in food better than taking them in powder or tablet form.
And some bioactive supplements can give cheese a bitter taste. Therefore, researchers are working to improve the taste of the cheese of the future, which has not yet been announced on the market.
