Al-Wehdat managed to maintain the top spot in the professional league, after defeating Al-Baqa’a Club with five goals without a response, in the match that was held this evening, Thursday, at Amman Stadium, within the competitions of the first week of the second leg of the league.
Suleiman Abu Zama’ scored Al Wehdat’s first goal in the 31st minute of the match, while the newcomer to the ranks of Al Wehdat Mahmoud Zaatara consolidated the score in the 51st and 67th minutes, while Ibrahim Jawabra added the fourth goal in the 82nd minute, to finish the outcome of Al Wehdat player Ahmed Thaer in the 84th minute by scoring the fifth goal .
With this victory, Al-Wehdat is at the top of the league with 29 points, while Al-Salt SC comes second with 26 points, and Al-Faisaly is third with 23 points.
