Al-Khasawneh: We are committed to empowering the private sector and activating development areas

On Saturday, Prime Minister Bishr Al-Khasawneh affirmed the government’s commitment to empowering the private sector, reactivating development areas, unifying the investment reference, and removing obstacles to it.

Al-Khasawneh said, during his meeting with investors in Ma’an Governorate at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, “As we celebrate the centenary of the Jordanian state, we realize that the Ma’an Governorate bears symbolism in the history of the country, and in the conscience of King Abdullah II and his Crown Prince, and we are always proud of its people and their achievements.”

Al-Khasawneh visited the Petra Museum, and stressed the importance of adhering to public safety and prevention measures, and the desire to receive the anti-Coronavirus vaccine as a precaution; To protect tourists and citizens.

He inspected the visitor center of the ancient city of Petra, and stressed the importance of its development; To provide the best services to tourists and citizens, leading to the return of the tourist movement at full capacity, as well as touring the ancient city of Petra.

He directed to raise the level of services provided to tourists and visitors to the city of Petra.

At the Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II Cultural Center in Ma’an, he met young entrepreneurs, and was briefed on their projects, stressing the government’s support for the pioneering efforts.

The Prime Minister visited the field hospital in Maan, thanking its staff for their efforts in confronting the Corona epidemic, and stressing the importance of receiving vaccinations to protect against the epidemic.

The Prime Minister is accompanied by Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef Al-Fayez, Minister of Health Firas Al-Hawari, and Minister of Interior Mazen Al-Faraya.
